Disclaimer: The energy healing practices and modalities listed below that David Robertson is trained in, and
that may be used in sessions or classes, with informed consent, have not yet been made the subject of extensive,
long-term, scientific, or medical study; and the results attributed to them are therefore considered anecdotal and
subjective.

I, the undersigned, do hereby fully and clearly understand that energy healing modalities are complementary
healing and may be an enhancement to, not a substitute for, conventional medical or mental health
psychological diagnosis and treatment. I understand that complementary and alternative approaches work with
the human energy systems and the body-mind-spirit connection.
I understand that David Robertson will not diagnose physical or mental conditions or perform medical
treatments or prescribe substances. I understand that David Robertson as a energy healing practitioner and
ordained minister, is not practicing or performing as a doctor, nurse, psychologist, social worker, or other
conventional licensed health care givers.
I understand David Robertson as an energy healing practitioner will not interfere with my traditional medical or
mental health professional caregivers and treatments. I further understand and agree that a decision to forego
use, change dosages of prescriptions or change relationships with my medical and mental health professionals, is
mine alone and not done at the suggestion or interference of David Robertson.
I agree no claims of miracles or cures have been made, expressed or implied, and it has been recommended that
I see a licensed healthcare professional for any physical or mental health ailments.
I understand that personal information and matters shared in my sessions will not be shared with third parties,
including my other health care providers or my family members, without a specific release giving my written and
expressed permission. I understand abuse, neglect and exploitations of a child, elderly person or disabled person
must be reported; as well any intent to harm myself of others.
I further understand that the extent or effectiveness of energy healing, including risks and benefits are not
known. I fully understand the following.
Vivid memories of traumatic events may surface during my sessions, including strong emotional or
physical sensations. I agree to co-create solutions with David Robertson during the sessions.
Sensations may continue after my sessions, or new sensations arise, including strong emotional or
physical sensations. I agree to take full responsibility for my well-being.
Occasionally, light physical touch (therapist hands will hover over your hands) may be involved in my
sessions; for which I give permission. During the sessions, I have the right to give permission or not, by
informing David Robertson.
Therefore, I understand and accept:
I agree to 100% fully participate in my sessions, my self-realization, and my personal growth.
I agree to keep myself safe and not harm myself or anyone else.
I agree to not indulge in drug or alcohol use immediately before, during or after my sessions.
I agree to address all issues that arise for me during the sessions.
Policies, Practices, Procedures. I understand and agree with the following.
I May Not Record. I understand and agree that I will not record classes, workshops, or private sessions in any
form. I further understand and agree that David Robertson reserves the right to fully prosecute all violations of
this policy.
Age: Therapy clients under the age of 21 are not accepted. I attest that I am over the age of 21.
David Robertson reserves the right to refuse admission, remove from classes, or to discontinue services to anyone
at anytime, without stating a reason.
Fees: Ro-Hun Therapy, Inner Child Rescue, Grief Cleanse, processes are $200.00 per 2.5-3 hour session.
Sacred Sound Attunements, $135 per session.
Class and workshop tuition will vary according to the length of the event.
All fees and payments are expected before the sessions or classes begin.
Fee Adjustments and Appointments
No full or partial refund, exchange, or credit back for sessions will be provided for any reason whatsoever.
Cancellation with 5 business days’ notice; fee refunded minus 25% professional schedule fee. Once the
appointments are confirmed in writing I agree and understand that I am responsible for payment of all fees and
non-payment of fees will be reported to Credit Bureaus and assigned to Collection Agencies.
No show appointments are billed at the full, non-refundable rate.
Appointments begin at the scheduled time, not when I arrive.
Support:
I am fully responsible for my well-being before, during, and after sessions, classes, and workshops.
Pre-session, post session and outside of session, practitioner phone, or email support are not available.
I agree to seek help with emergencies or crises from the appropriate agencies and caregivers.
I understand and agree that all the materials, procedures, methods taught in classes and workshops by David
Robertson are trademarked and may not be copied, reproduced, disseminated, shared or distributed for any
reason whatsoever. I further understand and agree that if I violate the terms of Section D I will be held
accountable in a court of competent jurisdiction and agree to pay treble the amount of all attorney fees, court
cost, travel/accommodation expenses of the plaintiff and any expenses incurred in collecting court ordered
penalties and damages.
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless David B. Robertson, individually and/or jointly his
agents, heirs, assigns, now and forever against all liabilities, expense, damages of any kind, including
defense costs and legal fees, incurred in connection with any claims for damages, liability, or
responsibility, of any nature whatsoever, whether negligence, oversight, direct, indirect, incidental, or
consequential, including, but not limited to bodily injury, death, personal injury, financial or business
losses or property damage arising from promise to perform, performance or failure to perform.
I agree that I am fully responsible for my healing and self-care and my actions in the physical, emotional,
mental, and spiritual dimensions of my life.
I agree with and fully understand all the terms and conditions in each sentence, concept and paragraph
described in every Section; A, B, C, D and E of this document.
